无水烹煮白切鸡
放鸡块(我用荷兰鸡半只)在一个厚底的钢锅,下面放些葱和姜。 开小火焖30分钟,即可。
焖出来得鸡好吃,鸡汁不多却是原汁原味。。
沾鸡的酱料。。
