Silicone bakeware

Bought a silicone bakeware yesterday, very expensive compared to the normal baking tin.. some how, I really no sure if it is really good or bad, can anyone tell me?

Spare ribs in plum sauce (dim sum style)

Today I've tried a new recipe of spare ribs in plum sauce, as my husband and son love the dim sum style spare ribs, every time they will order 3-4 plates of spare ribs dim sum, so I tried to cook it not steaming in a small plate but using pressure cooker , the feed back was : good , 95% as sold at the dim sum restaurant, hehehe... ( the 5% was I do not have ginger so I ignore it...that's the diff..)

4321 Chicken

Tonight I cooked 4321 chicken which was so simple and yummy.

Just add :

4 tbsp soya sauce

3 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp chinese cooking wine



Mix Chicken and all sauces . Cook and simmer until sauce thicken.

Simple fried bean sprout

Bean Sprout / Fried Mee Hoon

Sprouted some bean sprouts ( follow Lily's method), but a little thin and tiny compared to the stall bought bean sprouts.... I used the bean sprouts to fry Mee Hoon ...

I'll try the 2nd batch very soon...

My Kitchen

Just moved to a new house, this is my wet and dry kitchen, thanks to my dear hubby... I will bake and cook more meals in this kitchen....

Honest Lady....

Yesterday I went to Giant, I went to the dressing room to try a T-shirt first then I go to the food session to shop, as I was reading at the food label, a lady came and ask my name, I saw her holding my LV wallet, I was shocked and my mind was blanked....(I never realised that I lost my wallet....)


She told me that she found my wallet at the dressing room, as she saw my ID in my wallet so she handed to me.....


I have lots of cards in my wallet and few hundred ringgit which I just withdrawed .....later, as I checked my wallet, all the cards and money still there....plus my LV cost about RM 2,600...oh, thank god that there are still honest people around us, really, its not easy to find one....

I thanked her and later, I can't remember what had happened, I can't recall anything, my mind was blanked, as I reached home I told my husband that I really want to meet her again but at that moment, I never ask her name and address.....I really hope one day I can meet her again....
