4321 Chicken

Tonight I cooked 4321 chicken which was so simple and yummy.

Just add :

4 tbsp soya sauce

3 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp chinese cooking wine



Mix Chicken and all sauces . Cook and simmer until sauce thicken.

Hi Olivia, you should try it and remember to cook in low frame until all sauce thicken (I've added a little dark soya sauce for the colour) and you can even substitute the chic with pork or prawn (for pork you may add some minced garlic),,anyway i will try the pork soon..and show you the result..
