花肉竽泥 savoury yam paste

五花肉 belly pork


竽头 yam


爆香蒜末,炒香五花肉(腌了酱油和糖)
saute garlic, stir fry belly pork until fragrant (marinated with soya sauce and sugar)

加进竽头翻炒
add in yam pieces

加水焖, 可加点酱油,糖和蚝油
add water and simmer until soft ,add some soya sauce, sugar and oyster sauce


花肉竽泥, 正。
savoury yam paste, yummy
