Lamb Chop 羊扒

在carrefour 看到很新鲜的澳洲羊扒,想想不如买来试试煎个羊扒餐来尝尝,算来比去西餐厅吃的便宜的多哦。。。


羊扒腌了:rosemary, 盐,胡椒粉,蒜茸。

mash potato 加了鲜奶油,牛油,盐和胡椒粉调味。

包菜用了bacon 来炒。

吃完了羊扒,来杯pineapple smoothie 。。爽呵。。

I seldom take lamb because scare the smell, ya,definitely cheap to prepare at home, furthermore it is mote healthy.

Hi Sonia, thanks for dropping by, I also don't like the lamb smell, but may be with the rosemary marinated with the lamb, the lamb astedok, not so smelly lah.
