咕噜鸡 Sweet & sour chicken
每次如果买了一只鸡回来,切东切西,那鸡胸肉一定是不太受欢迎。想了想,就把它变成香香的沽佬鸡吧 !
切大葱,切椒,切红囖卜。
炸香鸡块。准备酱汁:蕃茄酱,辣椒酱,蚝油,酱油,糖和水。
炒至收汁(这很重要,不收汁,味不香)
