冬菇鸡脚 Braised chicken feet with mushroom
This is my son's favourite food but my hubby doesn't like it....
- 买回来的鸡脚一定要用热水冲洗过。
- 爆香蒜粒,炒香冬菇和鸡脚,加水,黑酱油,酱油焖至软。
- 再加点蚝油,糖调味,收干一点汁就可。

Durian Ice-cream
Durian flesh 350g
Sugar 4tbsp ** adjust accordingly !!
Fresh Milk 100ml
Fresh whipped cream 70g
1. Blend durian flesh, sugar and milk in a blender till smooth.
2. Add in fresh whipped cream and mix well.
3. Pour into a container and freeze overnight or until set.

Waffle
就趁着几天的假期,试了这waffle maker 。。。
- 300 g plain flour 面粉
- 1.5 tsp baking powder 发粉
- 5 eggs 蛋
- 50g castor sugar 糖
- 1.5 cup milk 牛奶
- 125g melted butter 溶化牛油
- 2 tsp vanilla 香精
- water 水
先把牛油融化。打散雞蛋成蛋汁。
在蛋汁中,加入砂糖拌勻。倒入牛奶和vanilla拌勻,然後篩下面粉和發粉搞勻。最後加入融化了的牛油。拌勻的漿粉,稀調度以能隨隨流下為準。這樣弄出來的格仔餅就會鬆軟。(當預備粉漿期間,如感到粉漿太濃杰的話,可酌量加點水。)
把漿粉倒入預熱的格仔餅模型爐中,烘至金黃色即成。
可以塗上牛油,花生醬,煉奶,並加砂糖。

Durian Cheesecake 榴莲芝士蛋糕
走到那,路边都有榴莲挡,老公终於开口了,买点榴莲回去做cheese cake, 好吗!
就这样,我的第二个durian cheese cake 诞生啦。。
放在冰箱后拿出来,成功 !
味道可不回输给SxxxRxxx的哦。。
Durian Cheesecake
Base ingredient :
250g digestive biscuits (finely crushed)
2 tbsp brown sugar
110g butter (melted)
Durian Topping :
125ml milk
120g castor sugar
2 tbsp custard powder
2 tbsp gelatin + 100ml water
500g fresh durian flesh
250g cream cheese
300ml thicked cream (dairy whipping cream)
9” round loose bottom cake pan
To Prepare Base :
1. Finely grind ground digestive biscuits with browns sugar, stir in melted butter & press onto the cake tin. Chill in the fridge to let it set while you prepare the filling.
To Prepare Topping :
1. Dissolve the gelatin mixture over a double boiler until gelatin is clear & runny, set aside.
2. Cook custard with sugar & milk over low heat until thicken, remove custard from heat. Add in melted gelatin. When mixture is cool.
3. Beat cream cheese with an electric beater using a paddle attachment till smooth. Beat in cream till just mixed then add in durian flesh. Lastly add in gelatin mixture and blend well.
4. Pour durian mixture over crust & refrigerate for at least 3 hours till set.
5. Serve cake chilled.
